WPsigner data deletion

1. App and developer

This page applies to the WPsigner mobile app on Google Play (package com.wpsigner.app) and the App Store (bundle ID com.wpsigner.wpsignerApp), and to personal data held by Nubesti LLC, doing business as WPsigner.

WPsigner does not create its own cloud user accounts inside the app. You sign in to a WordPress site that already has the WPsigner plugin. Documents, signatures, signer names, emails, and audit trails stay on that WordPress site. Nubesti does not keep a copy of those files. Camera access is used only to scan a login QR code on the device.

2. Steps to request deletion

Follow these steps. You can stop after the ones that apply to you.

1. Open the WPsigner app and connect to your WordPress site.
2. Delete each document you want removed. That deletes the file, signer details, fields, signatures, and the audit trail for that document on that WordPress site.
3. Ask the WordPress site administrator to delete or deactivate your WordPress user if you also want the login account removed.
4. Uninstall WPsigner from your device. This removes the locally stored site URL and session token.
5. If you also have a store, license, or support account with Nubesti on wpsigner.com, email support@wpsigner.com with the subject Data deletion request — WPsigner app. Include the email address used on that account. You may also use our contact page.

We typically complete requests for data that Nubesti controls within 45 days, or sooner if the applicable law requires it. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

3. Data that is deleted

• On your device: site URL, session token, and cached app data, when you uninstall WPsigner.
• On the connected WordPress site: documents, PDFs or images uploaded for signing, signer names and emails, signature images, field values, and audit records, when you or the site administrator delete those documents or the WordPress user.
• Held by Nubesti LLC: store account profile data we do not need to keep by law, marketing subscriptions, support tickets and attachments you sent us, and website contact-form messages, after we fulfill a verified request.

4. Data that may be retained

• WordPress backups and logs controlled by the site owner or their host. Nubesti cannot erase those copies. Retention follows that site's own backup policy.
• Orders, invoices, tax, and accounting records that Nubesti must keep. In the United States this is typically up to 7 years after the last related transaction.
• License and fraud-prevention records (license key, licensed domain, and an aggregate count of completed documents) only as long as needed to enforce the license and prevent abuse, then deleted or anonymized.
• Legal holds: information we must keep to resolve a dispute, investigate abuse, or comply with a lawful request.
• Optional third-party services that the site owner enabled (for example KYC, SMS, WhatsApp, cloud storage, or automation). Those providers keep data under their own policies. Ask the site administrator or that provider to delete it.

Nubesti does not keep copies of your signed PDFs, signature images, or signer emails from the mobile app.
