Reach signers on SMS, WhatsApp, Slack and Teams
Send signing links and status updates via Twilio SMS/OTP, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Microsoft Teams — while the signing experience stays on your WordPress site.
Event → channel · signing link · team alerts
Meet signers on their preferred channel
Email is not always enough. Layer SMS, WhatsApp and team chat alerts on top of WPsigner — without moving documents off your server.
Twilio SMS & OTP
Send signing links and reminders by SMS. Use OTP-style delivery when you need stronger reach than email alone.
WhatsApp & Telegram
Notify via WhatsApp Business API or Telegram bots for direct, high-visibility messages.
Slack & Microsoft Teams
Push rich status alerts into workspace channels so ops never leaves chat.
How messaging delivery works
Connect credentials once, pick events, and WPsigner delivers links and alerts automatically.
- 1
Connect channels
Add Twilio, WhatsApp Business, Telegram Bot, Slack webhook or Teams webhook credentials in WPsigner settings.
- 2
Choose event triggers
Select events: sent, viewed, signed, declined, expired or reminded.
- 3
Customize templates
Include signer name, document title and signing links in each channel’s message template.
- 4
Deliver automatically
Signers and teammates get the right alert with a link to the full WordPress signing page.

Frequently asked questions
Which messaging platforms are supported?
Twilio (SMS/OTP), WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Use one or many at once. More platforms can connect via Zapier, Make or n8n.
Do I need a Twilio account for SMS?
Yes. WPsigner uses the Twilio API for SMS. You need a Twilio account and phone number, enter Account SID and Auth Token in settings, and pay Twilio’s per-message rates.
Can signers reply to SMS or WhatsApp to sign?
No. Messages include a link to the full signing experience in the browser, where consent, audit trails and legal compliance requirements are met.
How does Slack integration work?
Configure an incoming webhook in Slack and paste the URL in WPsigner. Notifications appear as rich messages with document name, signer, status and an admin link.
Can I send email and SMS together?
Yes. Multi-channel delivery lets you send invitation emails and SMS/WhatsApp at the same time for maximum reach.
Do messaging credentials leave my control?
You bring your own Twilio, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Teams credentials. WPsigner runs on your WordPress site and calls those APIs with the keys you configure.
