WPsigner is now available for Gravity Forms

WPsigner for Gravity Forms is live on the Gravity Forms Marketplace. Turn a form submit into a signed PDF on your WordPress site—linked back to the entry.

WPsigner is now available for Gravity Forms

WPsigner for Gravity Forms is now listed on the Gravity Forms Marketplace.

If you already collect intake with Gravity Forms, you can turn a qualifying submission into a signing request—without exporting the entry to a per-envelope SaaS.

Form submit → signed PDF

Keep Gravity Forms for the form. Hand the contract to WPsigner.

On submit, a feed can:

  • Create a document from a WPsigner template
  • Map name and email to signers
  • Pass other fields into merge tags
  • Send the signing request right away, or wait
  • Put the signing link in the confirmation or notification
  • Link the signed PDF back to the Gravity Forms entry

Conditional logic is supported, so only matching submissions start a document.

What this is not

This is not the Gravity Forms Signature field. That add-on draws a signature on the form. WPsigner builds a document, runs a signing workflow, and keeps an audit trail on your WordPress site.

Use the Signature field for a waiver scribble. Use WPsigner when the output has to be a contract.

The longer comparison is here: Gravity Forms Signature vs WPsigner.

Built for Gravity Forms workflows

Contract intake. Lead form submits → agreement generated and sent.

Conditional agreements. Only start the full contract when amount or type matches the feed.

Multi-party intake. Collect several signer emails on one form and route the document.

Ops follow-up. Support opens the entry and finds the signed PDF next to the answers.

How to get it

  1. Install Gravity Forms and WPsigner Pro on the same WordPress site.
  2. Open WPsigner → Integrations → Gravity Forms → New Feed.
  3. Choose the form, template, signer mapping, and whether to send immediately.
  4. Add the signing link to the form confirmation or notification if you want the submitter to sign on the spot.

The add-on is included with WPsigner. Setup guide: Gravity Forms docs. Product page: wpsigner.com/features/gravity-forms-integration.

WPsigner for Gravity Forms is a third-party add-on by WPsigner. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gravity Forms.
