Form Builder Integrations
Turn WPForms and Fluent Forms into signed documents
Map form fields to templates, auto-generate contracts on submit, and collect e-signatures — then keep the signed PDF linked to your form entry on WordPress.
Form submit → document · field mapping · entry-linked PDF
Signatures that start from your form builders
Keep WPForms or Fluent Forms for intake and hand off to WPsigner for signing — without leaving WordPress or opening a separate envelope SaaS.
WPForms connection
Connect any WPForms form to generate and send documents for signature on submission.
Fluent Forms workflows
Use Fluent Forms conditional logic to trigger different signing workflows based on responses.
Automatic field mapping
Map name, email, dates and custom fields directly into document placeholders.
How form-to-signature works
Add a WPsigner feed once per form — then qualifying submissions open a signing path automatically.

- 2
Add a WPsigner feed

On submission — optionally with conditional logic — WPsigner generates the document and sends the invite.
- 4
Confirm and link back
Show signing status on the confirmation page and keep the signed PDF connected to the entry.
Conditional templates, multi-signer and uploads
Send different templates based on field values, collect multiple signers from one submission, and attach uploaded files to the signing workflow — all on your self-hosted WordPress site.
- Conditional document selection by field values

Frequently asked questions
How does WPForms or Fluent Forms integration work?
Once activated, a WPsigner feed appears in the form settings. You select a template, map fields to placeholders, specify signer emails and options. On submit, WPsigner creates the document with form data and sends a signing invitation.
Can one form trigger multiple documents?
Yes. Create multiple WPsigner feeds on a single form. Each feed can use a different template with conditional logic — for example an NDA if checkbox A is checked, and a service agreement if checkbox B is checked.
Do I need every form builder plugin?
No. WPsigner integrates with each builder independently. Use only the form plugin you already run. Gravity Forms has its own dedicated integration page.
Can signers sign directly inside the form?
No. The integration generates and sends a separate signing link after submission. That keeps consent, audit trails and document integrity aligned with ESIGN-style requirements that in-form scribble fields cannot provide.
Can form data populate the document?
Yes. Map form fields to template merge tags. Name, email, address and custom fields can auto-populate the document before signing.
Where is the signed PDF stored?
On your WordPress server with WPsigner, with a connection back to the form entry for easy reference. Optional cloud backup is available separately.
