Affiliate Program Terms

1. Who this is for

These terms are an agreement between you and Nubesti LLC (WPsigner) if you apply to, or are approved for, the affiliate program. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and able to receive a payment from a U.S. company. The program is open worldwide, including California and the European Economic Area. Applying does not guarantee approval.

2. The 20% commission

If a new customer buys a qualifying WPsigner license from the public shop through your link or coupon, you earn 20% of the amount actually paid for that first order, before sales tax or VAT and after discounts.

Commission is not paid on AppSumo licenses, renewals, plan upgrades, add-on-only orders, unpaid or failed checkouts, or any purchase you make yourself.

3. How a sale is attributed

When someone uses your link, we may store a first-party cookie named wpslm_ref for up to 60 days and record a hashed IP and approximate country so we can attribute a later purchase. Official share links go through app.wpsigner.com.

The buyer must be a new public-shop customer — not you, and not the same email or WPsigner account. If more than one affiliate could claim the same order, the last valid referral in the cookie window wins.

4. Hold period and payouts

A commission stays On hold for 30 days after the order is paid. If the order is refunded, charged back, or cancelled in that window, the commission becomes Void and is not paid. After the hold, it moves to Ready.

We pay Ready commissions by hand when your Ready balance reaches USD 50, using the method you chose: PayPal, Wise, U.S. ACH, or international SWIFT. Those are the rails a U.S. company can send. You will get an email from hi@wpsigner.com when the transfer goes out. Bank or payout-provider fees on your side are yours.

5. Taxes and forms

You are responsible for declaring affiliate income where you live. Before the first payout we need a tax form so a U.S. company can pay you lawfully:

• U.S. persons: Form W-9.
• Everyone else, including Europe: Form W-8BEN (or W-8BEN-E for a company).

We will email the form from hi@wpsigner.com. We may withhold tax if U.S. law requires it. We do not give tax advice.

6. How you may promote

Share WPsigner honestly with an audience you already have — a site, newsletter, video, or social account. Do not spam, impersonate WPsigner, bid on the WPsigner brand in paid ads, use malware or cookie stuffing, or promise results we do not publish.

We can void commissions and close an account for brand bidding, self-referral, fraud, or material breach. Where practical, we will email you first.

7. Your data and privacy rights

To run the program we process your account email, payout details, tax residency, legal name, referral code, visit and sale records, and related support messages. We use this to approve partners, attribute sales, pay you, prevent fraud, and meet tax law. We do not sell affiliate lists.

If you live in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, or in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your affiliate data, or object where the law allows. Send requests to support@wpsigner.com. We typically respond within 45 days, or one month where GDPR applies. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

8. Ending the program

You may stop at any time by emailing support. We may pause or end the program or your account for breach, fraud, legal risk, or if we discontinue affiliates. Ready commissions already earned stay payable unless they are voided for refund or abuse. These terms are governed by Delaware law, without taking away mandatory consumer or privacy rights where you live.
