WordPress Integration

Form Builder Integrations

Turn form submissions into signed documents. Connect WPsigner with Gravity Forms, WPForms, and Fluent Forms to automate your signing workflows.

Supported Form Builders

Works with the most popular WordPress form plugins, no code needed.

Gravity Forms

Map form fields to document placeholders. Form submission triggers a signing workflow automatically.

WPForms

Connect any WPForms form to generate and send documents for signature upon submission.

Fluent Forms

Use Fluent Forms' advanced conditional logic to trigger different signing workflows based on responses.

Automatic Field Mapping

Map form field values (name, email, date, custom fields) directly into document placeholders.

Conditional Document Selection

Send different document templates based on form field values, e.g., different contracts for different services.

Multi-Signer from Forms

Collect multiple signer details (name + email) from a single form submission for sequential signing.

File Upload Support

Attach files uploaded through forms to the signing workflow as additional documents.

Confirmation Integration

Show signing status on the form confirmation page and redirect signers after completion.

How It Works

1

Create a Form

Build your form as usual in Gravity Forms, WPForms, or Fluent Forms. Add fields for signer name, email, and any data you want pre-filled in the document.

2

Add WPsigner Feed

In the form's settings, add a WPsigner feed. Select a document template and map form fields to document placeholders.

3

Form Submitted → Document Sent

When someone submits the form, WPsigner automatically generates the document with form data and sends a signing invitation to the specified email.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Gravity Forms integration work?

Once activated, a WPsigner feed appears in your Gravity Forms form settings. You select a document template, map form fields to document placeholders, specify signer email fields, and choose signing options. When someone submits the form, WPsigner automatically creates the document with the form data and sends a signing invitation.

Can one form trigger multiple documents?

Yes. You can create multiple WPsigner feeds on a single form. Each feed can use a different document template with conditional logic, for example, send an NDA if checkbox A is checked, and a service agreement if checkbox B is checked.

Do I need all form builder plugins?

No. WPsigner integrates with each form builder independently. You only need the form builder plugin you already use. If you use Gravity Forms, you only need that, no need for WPForms or Fluent Forms.

Can signers sign directly in the form?

The WPsigner form integration generates and sends a separate signing link after form submission. This is by design, it ensures the signing experience meets ESIGN Act requirements with proper consent, audit trails, and document integrity verification that in-form signatures cannot provide.
