Frequently Asked Questions
Which cloud storage providers does WPsigner support?
WPsigner integrates with Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon S3, Wasabi Cloud Storage, and Cloudflare R2. Signed documents are automatically uploaded to your chosen provider immediately after the signing process completes.
Are documents stored locally AND in the cloud?
Yes. WPsigner is self-hosted, so all documents are always stored on your WordPress server first. Cloud storage integrations create additional backup copies, you choose which cloud providers to use as secondary storage. This gives you both data sovereignty and cloud redundancy.
Can I organize cloud backups by folder?
Yes. You can configure folder structures for each cloud provider. Organize by year/month, document type, signer name, or any custom structure. WPsigner creates the folders automatically.
Is the cloud upload encrypted?
Yes. All cloud uploads use encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Additionally, the documents themselves can be encrypted at rest depending on your cloud provider's settings (S3 encryption, Google Drive encryption, etc.).
